Personal AssiStant Job Description

SASE Creative is a dynamic creative agency specializing in branding, web design, and inbound marketing. We’re looking for a highly motivated and organized Personal Assistant to support our founder. This is a part-time contractor role (1099) requiring 10-15 hours of work per month. Preference will be given to individuals seeking part-time opportunities or those who own an LLC/personal assistant business.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Personal Assistant with a strong background in project management, writing, and digital marketing. As a 1099 contractor, you will work closely with our founder to manage and execute various tasks related to social media, email marketing, and personal branding efforts. Your contributions will play a key role in driving our agency's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

  • Oversee small projects, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed efficiently.

  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and communication with all involved parties.

  • Provide administrative support such as scheduling, invoicing, and drafting statements of work.

Social Media Management:

  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and posting content across social media platforms.

  • Monitor engagement and respond to comments or messages as needed.

  • Help brainstorm and create content ideas aligned with our brand voice.

Email Marketing:

  • Assist in crafting and scheduling email campaigns.

  • Help manage email lists and segmentations.

  • Track and report on email campaign performance.

  • Experience with HubSpot is a plus

Personal Marketing Efforts:

  • Support the founder in developing and executing personal branding strategies.

  • Assist in creating content for personal LinkedIn posts, blogs, and newsletters.

  • Help with the organization and management of personal marketing projects.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a personal assistant, project manager, or similar role.

  • Strong writing skills, with the ability to create compelling content.

  • Familiarity with social media management and email marketing platforms.

  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills.

  • Growth mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Experience running or managing a personal assistant business is a plus.
