Personal AssiStant Job Description
SASE Creative is a dynamic creative agency specializing in branding, web design, and inbound marketing. We’re looking for a highly motivated and organized Personal Assistant to support our founder. This is a part-time contractor role (1099) requiring 10-15 hours of work per month. Preference will be given to individuals seeking part-time opportunities or those who own an LLC/personal assistant business.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Personal Assistant with a strong background in project management, writing, and digital marketing. As a 1099 contractor, you will work closely with our founder to manage and execute various tasks related to social media, email marketing, and personal branding efforts. Your contributions will play a key role in driving our agency's growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
Oversee small projects, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed efficiently.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and communication with all involved parties.
Provide administrative support such as scheduling, invoicing, and drafting statements of work.
Social Media Management:
Assist in planning, scheduling, and posting content across social media platforms.
Monitor engagement and respond to comments or messages as needed.
Help brainstorm and create content ideas aligned with our brand voice.
Email Marketing:
Assist in crafting and scheduling email campaigns.
Help manage email lists and segmentations.
Track and report on email campaign performance.
Experience with HubSpot is a plus
Personal Marketing Efforts:
Support the founder in developing and executing personal branding strategies.
Assist in creating content for personal LinkedIn posts, blogs, and newsletters.
Help with the organization and management of personal marketing projects.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a personal assistant, project manager, or similar role.
Strong writing skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
Familiarity with social media management and email marketing platforms.
Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
Growth mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Experience running or managing a personal assistant business is a plus.
