We’re Hiring a Part-Time Personal Assistant!

Our founder has led the charge in helping brands stand out and achieve their goals, but as we continue to grow, we're seeking an organized and motivated Personal Assistant to join our team.
About the Role
We’re looking for a talented individual who can bring their project management, writing, and digital marketing skills to our agency. This is a part-time contractor role (1099) requiring 10-15 hours of work per month, making it the perfect opportunity for someone who values flexibility and wants to make a significant impact in a supportive environment.
What You’ll Do
As our Personal Assistant, you’ll be working closely with our founder to ensure the smooth running of both business and personal projects. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Project Management:
Overseeing small projects, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on time.
Managing project timelines, deliverables, and communication with all involved parties.
Providing administrative support, including scheduling, invoicing, and drafting statements of work.
2. Social Media Management:
Assisting in planning, scheduling, and posting content across various social media platforms.
Monitoring engagement and responding to comments or messages.
Brainstorming and creating content ideas that align with our brand voice.
3. Email Marketing:
Crafting and scheduling email campaigns.
Managing email lists and segmentations.
Tracking and reporting on email campaign performance. (Experience with HubSpot is a plus!)
4. Personal Marketing Efforts:
Supporting our founder in developing and executing personal branding strategies.
Creating content for personal LinkedIn posts, blogs, and newsletters.
Helping organize and manage personal marketing projects.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a professional with a strong background in personal assistance, project management, or a similar role. The ideal candidate will have:
Proven experience as a personal assistant or project manager.
Excellent writing skills and the ability to create compelling content.
Familiarity with social media management and email marketing platforms.
A high level of organization and time management skills.
A growth mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Experience running or managing a personal assistant business is a plus.
